- How We Start -

Once we have met and you agree to hire us, we typically collect information from witnesses, including police reports and discuss this information with you.  Depending on the status of your injury, we may or may not recommend making a demand on the other side.  We usually do not recommend making a demand before we have a good handle on the extent of your injury, although there can be exceptions. If a demand is made and no settlement is reached immediately or if no demand is made, we will file a lawsuit.  If we know your claim is for less than $50,000, in Pima County such a case is subject to mandatory, but not binding, Arbitration.  In those cases, the Court appoints a local attorney to arbitrate the case.
