We take personal injury cases on contingency, which means we are not paid for our time devoted to your case, unless there is a recovery for you.  We advance out of pocket expenses for filing fees, court reporters and process servers, but those are your expenses for which we are reimbursed for at the end of the case.  We also advance funds for expert witnesses, which are typically reimbursed to us at the end of the case.  We do not and cannot, ethically, pay your doctor or hospital bills or advance you money for living expenses. What all of these costs will total we can only estimate after we meet with you and discuss your case.
